2. Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
Final charges may vary if:

3. Booking and Acceptance
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:
- Unsafe working conditions exist.
- Prohibited waste is present.
- Access is not reasonably available.
- Information provided is inaccurate.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

The customer warrants that they own the waste or have authority to arrange its disposal.
5. Prohibited Waste
We do not accept, unless specifically agreed in writing:

- Explosives
- Radioactive materials
- Toxic chemicals
- Hazardous substances
- Gas cylinders
- Any waste prohibited by law
If prohibited waste is discovered, collection may be refused and charges may still apply.
6. Waste Transfer and Disposal
Waste Daddy aims to dispose of all waste responsibly and in accordance with applicable environmental legislation.
Waste may be reused, recycled, recovered or disposed of through authorised facilities.
Where required by law, waste transfer documentation will be provided.
7. Waste Carrier Licensing

9. Cancellation Rights
